Job Description

Locum Clinical Pharmacist Required | North London

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join a busy and supportive GP practice in North London.

Contract Details

  • Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (or similar)
  • Minimum contract length: 1 month
  • On-site role – no remote working available

  • EMIS Web

Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Telephone consultation clinics (approximately 15 appointments per session, with capacity for a small number of catch-up appointments where required)
  • Long-Term Condition (LTC) clinics
  • Medicines optimisation and medication reviews
  • Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care

Essential Requirements

  • Registered Clinical Pharmacist with the GPhC
  • Previous experience working within a UK GP surgery
  • Confident using EMIS Web
  • Experience running Long-Term Condition (LTC) clinics
  • Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
  • Up-to-date mandatory training and compliance
