Home Visiting Paramedic – Primary Care
Location: South London
Days and times: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 16:00 (or similar)
System: EMIS Web
Contract length: Ongoing Opportunity
We are working with a well-established Primary Care service in South London who are looking for an experienced Home Visiting Paramedic to join their team on an ongoing basis.
The Role:

Conducting home visits to assess, diagnose, and manage patients within the community

Managing acute and on-the-day presentations
-
Creating and implementing care plans
-
Referring appropriately to secondary care and community services
-
Accurate clinical documentation using EMIS Web
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years post-registration experience
-
Primary Care experience essential
-
EMIS Web experience essential
-
Must be a confident driver with access to a vehicle

Strong autonomous working skills and sound clinical decision-making
